The Psychology Interjurisdictional Compact (PSYPACT)

PSYPACT is an interstate compact that allows psychologists licensed in PSYPACT to practice telepsychology and/or practice temporarily into other PSYPACT participating states.


All CPC clinicians are licensed PSYPACT providers. If you reside in a PSYPACT state (below in blue), then Drs. Micol or Kruepke can provide you with telehealth services. Learn more about PSYPACT here.

PSYPACT is effective in the following states: AL, AZ, AR, CO, CNMI, CT, DE, DC, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, KS, KY, ME, MD, MI, MN, MS, MO, NE, NV, NH, NJ, NC, ND, OH, OK, PA, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, WV, WI, and WY.

The following states are NOT a part of PSYPACT: Alaska, California, Guam, Iowa, Hawaii, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Montana, New Mexico, New York, Oregon, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands
